Where is my order?
You receive an order confirmation email, then a dispatch email with tracking information when available. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and delivered in 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation. If you have no tracking information 3 business days after ordering, email us with your order number.

How do I return something?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Email us before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address and the steps. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer; faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by us.

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and a photograph of the item and the packaging. Depending on the situation we will offer replacement parts, a repair, an exchange, a return or a refund.

Which size should I choose?
Product descriptions give the king height and board dimensions where available. If the dimension you need is not listed, send us the width of your table and the product you are looking at, and we will confirm which sizes fit before you order.
