Wooden chess sets, boards and clocks

Product descriptions give the dimensions, the king height and the square size where available. As a guide, a 10 cm king suits squares of about 50 mm, which makes the board around 45 cm across. A king under 55 mm is a travel size.

If a dimension you need is not listed, or if in doubt, email us the width of your table before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.

Wood is a natural material. Grain, tone and figure vary from one item to the next and may differ slightly from the photographs. This variation is a characteristic of the material and is not a defect.
