Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. The UK shipping cost is £0.00 for every order, regardless of the order amount. UK import duties and taxes are included in the price, so there are no customs fees on delivery.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation (order cut-off Monday to Friday at 3:00 pm Paris time) and delivered in 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation. A dispatch email is sent with tracking information when available. If you have no tracking information 3 business days after ordering, email us with your order number.

Cancellation and returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to cancel and return it. Email contact@montelli-chess.com first and we will confirm the return address and the steps. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, complete and in its original condition, with the order number. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, or of receiving proof that it has been sent.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and a photograph of the item and the packaging. Depending on the situation we will offer replacement parts, a repair, an exchange, a return or a refund. If we ask you to send a faulty, damaged or incorrect item back, we cover the reasonable return postage.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
